AdWorker provides free, browser-based AI image editing tools, including but not limited to background removal, white background generation, and scene photo creation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You agree not to use AdWorker to:

Upload, process, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Upload content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service without our prior written consent
Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures

We reserve the right to block or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

3. Intellectual Property

Your content. You retain full ownership of all images you upload to and download from AdWorker. We do not claim any rights to your content.

Our service. The AdWorker name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are the property of AdWorker and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4. No Warranty

AdWorker is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdWorker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service.
