Content & Safety Policy

Effective date: July 25, 2026

This Content & Safety Policy supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all use of AdWorker's tools, whether or not you have an account.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, process, generate, or distribute content through AdWorker that:

• Is sexually explicit or pornographic, or depicts nudity or sexual acts (NSFW content)
• Sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way — see Section 2 below
• Depicts non-consensual sexual acts or non-consensual intimate imagery
• Promotes or depicts violence, self-harm, or terrorism
• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Is otherwise illegal under applicable law

This section works alongside, and does not limit, the Acceptable Use and Content Moderation provisions of our Terms of Service.

2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

AdWorker has a strict, zero-tolerance policy against any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors, including CSAM and any AI-generated or AI-altered imagery depicting minors in a sexual manner. Where such content is identified, we will:

• Immediately and permanently terminate the associated account, without prior notice and without any refund of purchased credits
• Remove the content and preserve relevant records as required by law
• Report the violation to the relevant authorities and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or an equivalent organization in your jurisdiction
• Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations

3. Enforcement

Violating this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of unused purchased credits as described in our Terms of Service, removal of the content in question, and, where required by law, referral to law enforcement. We are not obligated to provide advance notice before taking any of these actions.

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of content or activity on AdWorker that violates this policy, please report it to us at [email protected] with as much detail as possible (e.g., the tool used, approximate time, and a description of the content). We aim to respond within 3 business days.

5. Service and Data Security

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to AdWorker's systems, accounts, or data
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the service without our prior written authorization
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code into the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, or the servers and networks connected to it
• Use the service to attack, or gain unauthorized access to, any third-party system

If you are a security researcher and believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it responsibly to [email protected] before disclosing it publicly. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

6. Relationship to Other Policies

This Content & Safety Policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. In the event of a conflict specifically regarding content or security matters, this policy governs.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Content & Safety Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
